Michango

See what was pledged, paid, and still outstanding.

Michango helps organizers manage community contribution collections without losing track of who pledged, what has been recorded as paid, and what remains outstanding. Keep contributor records and collection progress together, then use SendAfrica SMS to follow up when needed.

A wedding committee, school, church group, or event organizer tracking contributions from people they know.

Meet Michango

A clear record for community contributions

Contribution collection tracking

Contribution tracking often starts in notebooks and group chats. As pledges and payments accumulate, it becomes difficult to distinguish a promise from money received or to work out who still has an outstanding balance. Michango gives the organizer a structured record for collections and the contributors linked to them.

Create a collection, add contributors and pledges, and record payments as they are received. Michango calculates the remaining balance from pledged and paid amounts, and provides collection analytics. Organizers can compose SMS messages and review sent-message history using the connected SendAfrica account.

Michango records contributions; it does not automatically collect payments from contributors. Payment collection is not part of the current version. Open the Michango app at michango.sendafrica.online and use SendAfrica sign-in to access messaging credits.
